We have fully-equipped kitchenettes with full stove and oven, microwave and bar fridge, pots and pans, cutlery, dishes, kettle and coffee maker! Some will have just a queen bed, a queen and a pull-out couch and some will have a queen and single bed! Units can sleep 2 – 5 depending on the unit. No view. Pick a spacious West Coast unit. These units will have 2 queen beds for a maximum of 4 guests, with a balcony on the harbour side (NO CHILDREN UNDER 12) or they will have 2 queen beds and a single bed on the ground floor on the harbour side (CHILD FRIENDLY) for a maximum of 5 guests. All West Coast units will have a small refrigerator, microwave and wet bar/prep area. These are sleeper-style, meaning all beds in one area in a spacious unit – a little larger than most standard hotel units.

Steps to the boat harbour and the motel, our 4 bedroom “Fisherman’s House” with spacious deck and BBQ with beautiful view. Can sleep up to 11-12 persons and is very suited to 2 related family groups or a large group. It has 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms with 4 queen beds, 2 twin beds and 2 hide a beds. It is just a few steps to the boat harbour. It is really spacious, unpretentious space with 9 foot ceilings, new furniture, carpets, paint and draperies. Daily housekeeping in the mornings (not common with house rentals) and free access to the fitness centre. CHILDREN WELCOME. Complimentary coffee and tea with high-speed, wired or wireless (LAN) internet in the home with 2 outlets. Unlike many vacation rentals, there is no cleaning charge at check out – unless you leave without washing the dishes or an extra-ordinary mess. Then we will charge a fee of $50 to clean the dishes and $25/hour for any additional cleaning above normal. (ie) red wine spilled all over the carpets or large quantities of debris left on the floors or in the fridge. We prefer not to charge the fee, as when we do, we have to find staff-hours at the last minute to get the house ready for the next guest.

Bar none, the cutest studio cabin with a queen bed and hide a bed right in front of the boat harbour. Large deck to watch the people and activities taking place at a working harbour. Beautiful! We permit small, non-shedding (pre-approve with management prior to booking)in this unit only. Sorry, all other units are pet-free. CHILDREN WELCOME. Maximum guests in this unit 3.

Our guest units feature new beds and better quality linens….free wireless internet….cable TV…..in-room coffee maker (daily pouch of coffee and tea provided). In-room telephones are located in each unit with free local calling and a wake-up call feature. Guests will not be permitted to disturb others after 10 PM, as our place caters to quiet groups. We raise our family on-site. Louder groups (yes, you know who you are) will be happier (and so will we) if you find self-contained (house or cabin) elsewhere. We do not strive to be the cheapest or most expensive accommodation in town – just the cleanest and friendliest! Beds can be twin- size, double-size or queen-size – check on each room description below for particulars. High-end amenities such as fireplaces, king size beds, etc. are available at more upscale resorts and hotels. Breakfast is not included, however there are many restaurants within walking distance and many of our units are self-catering. A grocery store is located in town.
All units have private washrooms. Hair dryers & iron/ironing board are available upon request. Many people ask about air conditioning. Air conditioners are not used by any accommodation providers in Ucluelet due to our mild climate. There are only a few days each year where temperatures climb above 25C. Should you happen to stay on one of these hot days, we can provide you with a fan to make your stay more comfortable.
NO SMOKING – outside only, away from open doors and windows to avoid smoke smell in your unit or the smell disturbing other guests.
NO PETS – no pets on the property, including in vehicles parked outside your unit. EXCEPT: “Little Green Cabin on the Harbour” – it is pet-friendly – we will allow small non-shedding dogs in this unit with prior approval, for a small nightly charge. If you happen to have a larger, hairy, and lovable beast – we would be happy to recommend other places in town that will accept large dogs.
